AVG Scanner for Windows Phone 7
It makes me wonder as to why would Windows Phone 7, considered to be one of the most stable OS, would even need an antivirus app ! Turns out folks at AVG didn’t digest this fact yet, coming out with a Windows Phone 7 version of the new AVG Antivirus App. Brandon Watson, Microsoft’s director of developer experience for Windows Phone, confirmed in a tweet recently stating the app had been removed based on research done by two external experts after which the company started its own investigation.
