Welcome to 1800PocketPC.com we provide high quality review of the best Windows Phone 7 apps and distribute them to our visitors. With an ever growing number of apps for Windows Phone 7 we will never be able to review every apps out there, but we strive to showcase the most exciting, original and useful apps that the WP7 Marketplace has to offer. We welcome news, releases, previews, screenshots and video links for existing or upcoming Windows Phone 7 ( Apps ). For Games please see our sister site BestWP7Games.com. We might not be able to provide a personal reply to every mail we receive but we do try to do it, but at times the number of submission can get a bit out of hand. How to Submit an Windows Phone 7 App for Review / Press Release

UPDATE 11/03/2012 : Due to the volume of request we get for reviews and press release we have started review packages that gives you some control over the time that the press release or the review will go up.

FREE : send in the requested info ( see below ) and we will take a look at the app , if we think its a unique app that our readers will enjoy we will push out a press release or a review for FREE , we can’t guarantee a review / press release will be published for all the submissions received. If a submission was not published within a month if probably would have been ignored. You can resubmit it after a month.

Press Release : We push out a press release within 3 days ( usually within 24 hrs ) of receiving the payment. This will include the Marketplace description / any other info you choose to submit , 2 or 5 screenshots available from the marketplace , download link to the app, if you submit a video we will include that, if you have a website we will link to that and also mention you on twitter.

Featured Review : We give it the works , a full review published on 1800pocketpc.com with both text and video component and we will also add the apps screenshots available from the marketplace and the link to download the app. If you have a website we will link to that and also mention you on twitter. Expected time of delivery is within 7 days.

Due to the volume of app review request we get we will be selective in picking the apps for review. We will need all of the following info , requests without these info will probably get ignored . We will also be ignoring apps that were recently covered on other prominent windows phone sites ( but you can always submit a request after a couple of weeks )

Please understand that you will not be given any control over the content of the review, we will NOT send it to you for your approval before its published, nor will you be given the authority to edit parts or whole of the review. Once we review an app it will be published , even if the app performed poorly in the review it will be published and we will let our readers know about it . That said if we find an app that has a particular problem .. eg : it crashes every time we load the app, etc we will let you know about it so we can narrow down the source of the issue and once a fix is found we will get back to the review and will most likely mention it in the review.
