Show off your StartScreenShot!
One of my favourite features in Windows 8 isn’t the metro modern ui, the apps or the speed, it’s that it will save a .png of your current screen to a ‘screenshots’ folder when you press “start + PrtScn”.
This makes capturing screenshots a lot easier, such as shots of our start menus to show off! The only problem is that our start menus tend to stretch beyond the width of the screen, so you would have to take a screenshot, scroll along, take another & so forth until you have the whole thing, then edit the images together using some Photoshop/Paint.NET magic.
Here is mine:
Anyway, if you are running Windows 8, this is what I want you to do!
- Open your start menu.
- Take screenshots of it all.
- Edit them together best you can.
- Upload them to your favourite image hosting site.
- Post a comment including a link to your image.
