Windows Mobile 6.5 is yet to be officially released but it has already created a hell of news with every move. The most notifying thing in this version of windows mobile is its start menu, which has been quite different from its predecessors. If you are already using windows mobile 6.5 in your phone then here is a small utility to re-arrange & organise start menu as per your need.
It allows you to change the icons of folder & then let them arrange in your own order.

Installation:
The whole process is quite easy wants you to install the cab file to your device & then soft-reset your phone.

this program only creates another start menu that overlays your default start menu.
