ElectroForms is software for mobile devices that allows you to replace your paper-based forms with electronic equivalents. Users enter data using forms, which are customised exactly to your requirements. This is then converted to an Excel document instantly when it is e-mailed from the device. It is ideal for small businesses as it does not require any IT administration or maintenance, and no databases or file servers are required.

Usage :
* Using the ElectroForms system on a mobile device, the user selects the form they wish to edit.
* Once this information has been entered, and any data-entry rules have been validated, the user clicks Send
* Alternatively the user can save the form to open at a later date
* ElectroForms then transforms this information into two distinct formats – an Excel document and an XML file
* ElectroForms then sends these documents to the specified e-mail address
* The documents can now be viewed/edited by Microsoft Excel or an XML viewer/editor.

You can try out the free Expenses tracking app based on ElectroForms for your mobile from the developers site : mobileelectronicforms.com
