With Picsel Browser, you can not only view your own documents, you can also check out your favourite websites, anytime, any place. Using Picsel’s patented content platform, users can pan and zoom each web page, enjoying all the original content, in its original online format, for the first time in the mobile space. And with download time significantly faster than dial-up, users stay engaged – and, therefore, connected – for longer. Picsel’s Browser works across the world’s most popular mobile devices, simply and quickly.

I sure thought this build would solve my problem but it didn’t. After a complete reset to factory defalts, erase all of my contacts and bringing al applications back to their default settings, Picsel Browser operates normally. I can “throw” pages. If I change anything in the “tools” “preferences” menu I lose the ability to throw. I now have to scroll every movement manually. The only way I have found to fix it is to reset the phone back to factory default and spend the next day or so reinstalling software and contacts. Any ideas?
