As you can see by the image, WP Bench stats are NOT to be relied upon. You can clearly see the Manufacturer of the device and model name of the device has been adjusted by me, then sent to WP Bench. I WILL NOT tell you how I managed this, I will talk directly to the developer to inform them of the vulnerability which I hope they are able to act upon and fix by way of update.
Today I have some typography and minimalist wallpapers for you – special made it for 1800PocketPC and Windows Phone – to complete the entire style. I hope so you will liked. [click to continue…]
This year the ‘Must Have’ title list is starting on 1st February this year and I’m sure you will agree there is plenty on offer from major design houses like EA and Gameloft, along with the second game from the indie developer Amused Sloth.
At first glance you could be fooled into thinking it is a Windows Phone, but once you look more closely you can see that the pictures are indeed fake, I’ll tell you why I think they are fake…
There are no hardware buttons (Back, Windows & Home)
The Messaging icon is incorrect (the smiley is on its side in the speech bubble)
The camera button is incorrect (there is a lump on the top of the camera in wp7)
There is no hardware buttons for the camera (unless its well hidden)

Prototypes from Sony tend to have the text printed on the handset, Not on a sticker!
Yesterday I told you of a new OS and a new codename HTC handset found on WP Bench statsite, It appears one of our readers Shinho has spotted a new Nokia handset being put through its paces, Its codename is ‘Nokia XXX‘ which doesnt tell us anything at present, only that they are testing a new handset.
Nokia have been seen testing new codename hardware, the last few were ‘Nokia 0000‘ (Confirmed as Nokia Lumia 710), ‘Nokia SeaRay‘ (Confirmed as Nokia Lumia 800), ‘Nokia 800C‘ (Perhaps a Nokia Lumia 800 variant), and the latest codename device ‘Nokia XXX‘ (Could this be the Lumia 900?).

With all the talk about Nokia and their flagship Lumia Windows Phones, They have now released a photo album showing their Lumia 800 handsets in production on their Facebook page, Nice work Nokia, Pictures like this are amazing!! The entire album is after the break…
The above video shows a ‘quick’ hack using Kinect beta SDK and a Windows Phone 7.
The Kinect detects the viewer’s position in relation to the projected image, then adjusts the output accordingly to create a glasses-free 3D image onto any surface.
The Windows Phone controls the zoom in and out, the helecopter’s elevation and angle allowing you to move the helecopter around the virtual play-space and as Kinect is detecting your position, the displayed image always shows incredible depth.
