Fart With 7

Fart With 7

All mobile platforms have bucketload of em ( fart apps ) and now we officially have a Fart app that you can download for the WP7 emulator. Love’em or Hate’em they will make its way in to the Marketplace. But with only 5 free apps per developer we might not see a lot of these floating around in the WP7 Marketplace. The developer calls it Fart With 7 and is available for download from microsoft.co.il Blog via WMPU

WP7 Game : Butterfly

Butterfly

Butterfly

Press Start Studio is definitely on our radar from now on in regards to windows Phone 7 Games. You guys might remember Twin Blades from these guys ( click for video ). Now they have released a new game called Butterfly, that is not about zombies and appear to much visually appealing with bright colors and cute characters. I dont think the video is from an emulator , but this does look quite nice and is some sort of tease trailer.

From what I can see from the video you are controlling the butterfly ( hopefully via the accelerometer ) and have to fly on top of the flower buds to activate them and with visually stunning animation they come to life. Try to avoid the nasty frogs and the Venus Flytrap

WP7 Games : Frozen Bubble port for Windows Phone 7

by Saijo George on July 26, 2010

in News

Frozen Bubble is a Puzzle Bobble style game that Linux users would be quite familiar with. You have to shoot the colored frozen bubbles to form groups of the same color which will fall down and disappear, the object is to clear the whole screen in this way before a bubble passes a line at the bottom. Now phdryckeable is on a mission to port this classic to windows phone 7. Have a look at the demo video running on the wp7 emulator. Thanks to GTRoberts for the find.

You folks would have seen quite a few games on WP7 , do you have a favorite ?

in News

Remember the Windows Phone 7 comic book app App from Graphic.ly ( hit up the link if you don’t ). They have updated the app and added more features to it. In this video you can see some features like facebook and twitter share, inbox to keep in touch with the community, landscape support and possibly in-app purchase ??

This model of comicbook store works well for Graphic.ly who thrive on social experience and marketplace around digital comics.
