Google Visual Voicemail is a semi-offline client for Google voice. You can view and play your voice messages as well as mark them read/unread and delete them. When updating, message text is downloaded to a local cache that can be viewed at any time. Audio is downloaded the first time you click play and is stored for future use. WP7 Apps and ( lets not forget WP7 games ) are popping up every where ( granted they are tech demos on emulator n all, but I have to say there seems to be strong developer interest in the platform ). So I am pretty sure there will be quite a lot of apps and games ready for launch. I have seen some amazing demos ( some of which I can talk about just yet ) and they are quite amazing.
Every one will have some favorite apps that they use often. So my question to you folks is

In a recent PocketNow article they got a tip saying WP7 can open up zip files from a webpage and you can view the content in the zip file.
“Windows Phone 7 emulator is actually able to open ZIP files that you may click on from a website. A window will appear asking if you want to open the Zip file, then a new window will show the contents of the Zip file. If any of the files are of formats that are supported by the operating system, you’ll be able to open those as well.
But they also state that WP7 will not support PDF at launch, now that is disappointing. What do you guys think ?
Finally we have an early look at a photo editing app on WP7. Photo Caption allows you to add text, speech or thought bubbles, and create outlined posters on your WP7 device. The app is developed by PelnorSoftware an a demo video of the app was released on youtube which outlined some of the features of the app.
