There are some new games on the Zune HD and PocketNow has put together a short video which shows these games in action. We can expect games like these on Windows Phone 7. There is a Labyrinth game ( which uses the accelerometer ) and then the basic Solitaire game.
BowPay from xda-developers has put together a new website XDARoms which acts as the new one stop resource for ROM flashing. They have around 23 devices listed. You can sort the ROMS based on the device, chef, language and OS ( they have Android and Windows Mobile ) . You can also compare multiple ROMS and check the Features and Ratings given to these ROMs by users.
We all have heard of the iPhone going after HTC with some patents infringement case now according to CNet.com Microsoft publicly asserted for the first time that Google’s Android operating system infringes on its intellectual property. According to them the infringement applies broadly in areas ranging from the user interface to the underlying operating system but did not get in the specifics. According to a Microsoft representative although Microsoft prefers to resolve intellectual property licensing issues without resorting to lawsuits, it has a responsibility to make sure that “competitors do not free ride on our innovations.”
