Till now when an app is missing from the marketplace ( in your region ) you will just see that the install button will not appear but it looks like the marketplace has been updated and now you will get a warning which states
” This application is not available for your device. Press here for more info “.
When you click on the message you get a pop up notification which reads
” This might be because your phone software needs to be updated, the application is exclusive to a different mobile provider, or the app is not available in your region. “

Were In
Here is another app just for US customers, the new location sharing app called
We’re In is a new official Microsoft app from the Bing team. According to the team that released the app you can invite your friends to join you for an event, and when they join, they’ll see your location and you’ll see theirs. When the invite expires, location sharing is disabled ..so they can’t stalk you anymore.
You have to signup using your phone number and could send out invites using the contacts list or enter the phone number, add a description for the event and tell the app to share location info for a specific period of time. Your friends receive a text message with these details. They can use the app to join you or, for friends that don’t have a Windows Phone, they can join from the mobile website via the invite. ( I would assume it’s again US only )

Do you have a Dell Venue Pro on the AT&T network? Are you having trouble sending and receiving MMS? If so, there might be a fix for it, and it’s actually quite simple if you know where to go to change a single setting.
This is based on experience and it might not work for everyone. I recently bought an unlocked Dell Venue Pro to use on the AT&T network but MMS hasn’t been working. I have not been able to send or receive MMS messages. I brought it to an AT&T store, they checked their system, nothing is out of the ordinary. I called Dell support, they lead me through some setting changes with no luck. I scoured the web and made a bunch of recommended settings found on different forums to no avail. Finally I stumbled across a post from Mobility Digest with the code to get to the Diagnostic Menu.
Follow the break for detailed steps to enable MMS on the DVP for AT&T.
