nueStorageManager
nueStorageManager is a control panel applet that lets you control and fine tune storage on your device. It enables you to format, defragment and scan storage on your device, as well as mount and unmount storage devices.
nueStorageManager can be run via Start > Settings > System > Storage Manager
Warning : Formatting partitions will cause you to lose all device on that partition. Windows CE will prevent you from modifying operating system partitions (IMGFS, XIP) from this tool, but you can still manipulate the FAT32 storage partition with the tool.

Does not work. After install of the software can’t find the applet in system.

Yes i know this but there is nothing to run. No nue… or other program present to run. It means doesn’t work at all.

I tried to run it on my TyTn and the installer failed to start :(
Well after a reboot I could install it and , it seems to work for me. Not sure why its not working for you :(
