It seems that the files that are needed to update your Windows Phone to the Windows Phone ‘Mango’ Beta 2 Developer Build have been uploaded to xda-developers and it looks like a few brave souls have already gone through with the update and have installed mango on their device.
The files have been posted by a member at xda-dev who goes by the handle ” ruggy994 “. There are 5 files in total

The last one is a pdf with he instruction on how to install. Personally I am staying away from it but if any of you decide to take the plunge do share your experience with us.

It worked for me except I have a developer account through dreamspark but never got the beta update email. So this worked. Thanks!

Omg, I’m soo tempted to try it. Finally then I can use tge dutch language. I’m soo tempted.
I want to try this but after reading the read me it says you need a unlocked phone? Dose that me unlocked from the network or so you can side load programs on it? if so any one know a site or a way I can get this done? Or will it just install on my HD7 without it being unlocked?

Yes your device must be unlocked to do this. If you dont have a dev account there are ways to jailbreak them but not too familiar with that. The updater when ran will check if your device is dev unlocked and if you have the beta version of zune. You can run it but it wont work if it not unlocked.
I will wait till the mango comes out, just passions then will enjoying the full firmware
