NiceTrack
Nicetrack is an application for Windows Mobile devices that uses the Area ID and Cell ID of GSM masts to provide crude location-based information and events. It allows you to enter ‘friendly’ names for the Area ID/Cell ID combinations such as ‘Home’ or ‘Work’, and also to trigger events when you enter or leave a cell.

This did not seem to work on my HTC Touch Pro (At&T Fuze). I guess it’s not working well since it is a VGA screen.
Signal level indicator don’t work on htc kaiser
Not much luck on the HTC Touch either. Just a flat-liner. Which is a shame really, as this is the kind of application that I had been looking for, for some time now.
