MusicID – identify that song on the radio using your phone , does what it says. When you listen to a song on the radio and you have no clue who the artist is or the title of the song this tools comes to your aid. Just flip out your phone after running MusicID and select ID song, now hold it near the radio and voila it shows you the name of the artist and the title.

The older version ( did not support touchscreen interactions ) this one does , the QVGA version is a port from the VGA version so it might not work all that well.

Update : requires an internet connection

Doesn’t say anything that you must have internet access to be able to identify a song (I thought the database was built into the program). Also when I went to remove the program it doesn’t show up on Remove Programs menu.

How would a one-time builtin database contains all the songs you can (try to) search for? Internet access to a live database is a must.

the help file says something about subscription and cancelling… does this program cost money to use on sprint, other then the data charges?

Here is the last place on the web that you can get this for FREE. It works perfect on my HTC 6800 pocket PC running Windows mobile 6

This has a 10 limit in your “managed list” meaning that after 10 ID songs it starts to delete your first ID’s.
