According to the Microsoft PR man Microsoft Tag : “It’s the hyperlink in the physical world” . It was Microsoft’s take on the QRCode and was officially announced at CES 2009. We though of implementing it on the site a while back instead of the QRcode ( that we currently use ) may be if it becomes popular over time we might go back to it.

Yes I use it on my blog when I put the software I developed for downloading. I like the stats it makes :)
do you auto-generate the MStag for downloads or do u manually create the tags and embedd them to your site ?
