Meizu M8′s new user interface !!! Android or Windows CE ?

Meizu M8 is a multimedia and internet-enabled smartphone which runs a version of Microsoft Windows CE 6 with a modified GUI. Off late there are reports that the device might ship with Android. And the new screen reminds me of Android more than Windows Mobile :(
