According to ppcgeeks.com maxycy from xda-developers is working on a new UI called Max Sense. It has got some major inspiration from the Sense interface on Android. The app is not available yet but keep an eye on this forum thread for more info.

If that is real it looks very smooth but I am not a fan of the Android UI's drag menu from the bottom. It didn't work very good until 2.0 and even then it's a clunky thing to have to do w/ your thumb on a larger screen.
That being said though it is impressive especially if that's running 6.5 or later. I'd prefer a simpler movement to get the bottom menu to display somewhat like the 6.5.3 taskbar movement from the top of the screen. Why not a quick swipe instead of having to drag the menu to the top?

the best part is that the app is in development , so if you let the developer know about a feature request it might make its way in to the app
