We all know how awesome the Lumia 920 does low light photos, now there are some samples of the lumia 920 in day light and everyday situations. Have a look through and let us know what you guys think.

This series of pics comes from laptopmag.com. They thought iPhone picked up a bit more detail in some shots but appeared a bit grainier and displayed slightly cooler colors, while the Nokia Lumia 920 picked up the natural warmth of the sun. There is a Lumia920 , iPhone 4S and an HTC8x in this shootout , let us see if you can pick the Lumia 920 shots correctly ?

How are we supposed to make a real judgment with such small images? Who determines camera quality based on thumbnails? Are we comparing .01 megapixel camera results here or what?

Based on those, I picked the HTC 8x every time. I definitely had to think about it though. None of those are bad shots.

920 had better colors, and more saturated which is odd because other reviewers- the verge said the 920 had a more subdued color pallet.

I pick correctly three of three :P. The colour in the 920 are with more realistic colours and with better dynamic range. But said that no one (iPhone, 8X or 920) can compete versus nokia 808, perhaps they hadn’t put pureview to the very good camera in Nokia 920 but not equal to the first and amazing pureview.
I love the photography like an art or hobbie so I’d better like to buy a sony rx100 to have a portable super camera, but to that moments that I don’t even had a exclusive camera lumia 920′s camera would be a lovely companion.

  Exactly. The Nokia 920′s IS a bit dark but what it gets absolutely correct is the colour. Apple’s is guilty of being dark and very well near a frame from a cartoon.

Nokia took clearer and realistic photo of the scene. iPhone and HTC enhances colours in the image, nothing else.
