Lomogram : apply effects and border to your images

While Lomogram is no instagram for Windows phone, it does give you multiple effect that you can quickly apply to your images to spruce it up. It would seem Lomogram like other image editors offers a quick and easy way to applies various effects, lighting and borders to make that photo you took look special. The interface is quite simple and intuitive. You can pick an image from the photo gallery or shoot one right then and there and use it ( the settings pages gives you the option to save the images you capture via the app to the picture hub )
