Supposedly the HTC Arrive will have the NoDo update pre-installed when it ‘arrives’ on the Sprint network on Match 20th

After much speculation and a lot of heartburn with the pre-NoDo update, it looks like Microsoft is finally ready to show the world its NoDo magic with copy-paste and performance tweaks. Since the updates will come pre-installed, users should not encounter any of the issues earlier seen with Samsung phones.
It remains to be seen if the tweaks are as evident as Microsoft claims.

PocketNow has gotten their hands of the phone and it do have NoDo
Any phone which is on a CDMA network must have NoDo installed, since NoDo is required for CDMA.
