LIES LIES and more LIES .. There are some websites running the story titled ” Windows Mobile 7 delayed to 2011 ” this is not based on any facts at all. All they are trying to do is destroy the momentum WM has got going for itself with the news WM7 is going to be announced at MWC 2010 and with xBox Live Games.

” We spoke with representatives from Microsoft, Lenovo, Qualcomm, TI, Nokia, nVidia, HTC and many more and they all had just one message – Windows Mobile 7 is delayed until 2011 and the focus is shifting to Google Android and even Chrome OS as a way to battle the competitors during 2010. ”
Facts :
- We are sure that representatives from Microsoft would have told you the focus is shifting to Google Android ( Sarcasm )
- Nokia is sure to know what is happening over at the Windows Mobile camp ( Sarcasm )

This just goes to show you that Apple IS in fact worried and that their fanboy's aren't happy w/ anything Microsoft ever does.
2 years from now the market will be very competitive but Microsoft will be leading it alongside Apple and that doesn't sit right with MS haters out there.
The thing I'll always find amusing though is that Apple fans hate MS for the crap they pulled in the 90's and their sweet heart company Apple is doing the same AND worse now w/ the App store and their proprietary hardware/software solutions.
ya its crap android sux tried the droid sukd a$$. iphone not bad but not all its cracked up to be. its all ppl/ websites that know windows is moving the right way now so lets try and slam them before they get goin.trying to turn u towards andoid and its crap and they know it.
I was reading that the new Nexus One has some camera issues and the customer satisfaction for the Nexus One is rather poor coz of Google's poor customer service.
It is probably true like all things Microsoft does. I cant wait to come back after WMC in Spain when Microsoft will show WM6.5 and not WM7
I reckon it was Steve Jobs who leaked that story! We all know he is really a WM fanboy but is scared to come out of the closet :)

Calm down, there is just as much evidence to support your argument as there is to support theirs. We've not seen any indication that WM7 is delayed to 2011, but we've seen absolutley no indication that it is coming in 2010.
All Ballmer said was WM was going to be discussed in detail in Febraury in Spain… and as you probably know 6.5.3 is still not been announced to the public. Ergo, the only thing that will be announced in February is an update to 6.5 and that's all.
Stop being such a cry baby, those reports aren't lying… they have as much reason to believe it's been delayed as you do to believe it hasn't. It's not saying much but either side have nothing but their own wishes to go by.
True, I have not been able to confirm any official statement either for or against this new “rumour”. Even if WM7 is released Q4 of 2010 we won't see WM7 devices until 2011 anyway.
Emotions got the better of me on that post. There were too many sites covering that story and there was no solid proof for that. I guess my inner WM fanboi couldnt take it ;)
