Opera Skin
Opera announced its pathbreaking Turbo Technology fitted release version 9.7 last week. Although new in many aspects nevertheless it still has problem as far as changing its skin & color is concern.
Thanks to a smart geek at XDA Papo, we could able get a bit of change as far as the color of Opera is concern.
Requirement: PocketPC with Opera mobile installed.
Installation Instructions:
Download the Zip File Standard Skin
1. Don’t unzip!
2. Place inside: \Program Files\Opera Mobile\profile\skin or \application data\opera 9.5 beta\skin or \Windows\profile\skin or wherever your skin folder is.
Voilla!
Color Splash Logos – start-up splash in color, now both for opera and widgets
unzip and copy files into \program files\opera 9.5 beta\
or for other versions find and replace original black ones

names for files has been probably changed x times already, you need to rename them, or edit registry
Settings Buttons – basic settings inside opera in color
unzip and copy files into application data\opera 9.5 beta\settings\imgs
