Changes to Windows Phone 7 UI ? New Build ?

Long Zheng from istartedsomething.com have noticed an interesting thing with a new screenshot of Windows Phone7. As you can see the new version replaces the small arrow on the top right with the content as tease UI. so will the final product have the new layout ? we might get to see more of this build at MIX10.
