Herg was able to get the Xperia Panels to work on the current WVGA line of HTC phones and it is confirmed to be working on the Tilt 2, Touch Pro 2, and the Pure (Diamond 2). Check out MobilityDigest for the download.
Androkkid is a Windows Mobile interface with a lot of customization and a fully graphical design and animations for Windows Mobile 5/6. It’s completely writed in .NET and works fantastically for all resolutions. The latest release has a Hero flavor to it that many users are finding attractive.

Androkkid is an Android interface clone for Windows Mobile. It’s a little slow to boot up, but has Android’s page swipes and app launcher. The video is of the last version. Latest version has a couple widgets and enhancements (available in all resolutions, portrait mode only).

Currently there is the following set of controls available:
FEWidgets, created by Nicodega, is an interface for Windows Mobile that looks like the Omnia interface. It has widgets that you can drag from a side bar and place on 4 different desktop screens. The UI used to be working through Flash, but is now written in 100% native coding. FEWidgets is a fast UI that gives you a nice break from the TouchFLOs and other popular UIs out.
Note: FEWidgets Ultimate is a Today Plugin for Windows Mobile 6.1/6.5 Professional devices (WM 5 and 6.0 are not supported).

Many of you are probably familiar with iFonz and iFonz 2. These are two spectacular UIs for Windows Mobile. The developer of those interfaces has released the last version of his latest project, Androkkid. By the title of the interface, there is no doubt that it’s modeled after the Android OS. A lot of options still aren’t working, even though it’s the last version. What does work, works very well.

jboogie3 from xda-developers has posted the cab to get the MotoSurf moto UI on any Windows Mobile device. This new today interface from the MOTO SURF A3100 which is a windows mobile qvga device. You can install it on any QVGA device and from the thread it looks like it works on VGA too. From what others have been saying it looks like it is a memory hog but if you wanna give it a whirl the files are linked below.
