Airports may be frustrating, but give them this: “The signage is so clean, pure, and direct, it helps you navigate a very complicated environment,” Jeff Fong says. “I wondered, Can we apply that same approach to designing our user interface?” His team culled photos from London’s Heathrow and designed the smartphone’s software–with its animated, colored tiles, and straightforward imagery–based on the signs’ typography and simplicity.

Why bring this up ? We are kinda swamped with review request these days for Windows Phone 7 Apps / Games, it’s time we got some new talent on board to help us with this important task. It’s like what Mr J said we are looking for one or maybe two of you ( ladies / gentlemen ) to join our team. You will be required to review WP7 Apps and Games for 1800pocketpc.com and BestWP7Games.com. We are looking some someone who can send in at least 2 review per week. Microsoft just announced a new strategic partnership. This time Microsoft has teamed up with Barns&Nobles to create a new experience of reading. Barns&Nobles will bring their Nook service into a subsidiary. The subsidiary is will build upon the strong history of both companies in digital reading technologies. The new subsidiary has yet to be named, for now it is still Newco.
The first devices that will get a new Nook app will be Windows 8 devices. B&N are targeting a market of unbelievable high potential customers. You can read the news – here.
