Garmin-Asus has combined its navigation centric user interface with Windows Mobile 6.5. “Through its innovative integration of a phone, navigator, and browser, the nüvifone M20 is designed to enhance the lives of consumers today,” said Benson Lin, Vice President and General Manager of the ASUS Handheld Business Group. “With Windows Mobile 6.5, users can enjoy the same great LBS (location-based service) features of the original nüvifone M20, but with a richer and more rewarding user experience.”

The Garmin-Asus nüvifone M20 running Windows Mobile 6.5 will be available in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Czech, Turkey, and other markets by the end of this year. If you don’t want to shell out a lot of money for the 1Ghz Snapdragon processor on the HTC HD2, your next bet is the Acer s200 neotouch, it has a 3.8 WVGA touchscreen , no capacitive screen ( so no multi-touch ). Armani’s empire unveiled a new, €700 (or about $1030) smartphone built by Samsung, running Microsoft’s latest 6.5 OS. The device will be featuring a full touchscreen and slide-out, landscape QWERTY keyboard — touts a 3.5-inch AMOLED display, a 5 megapixel camera, 8GB of internal storage, GPS chip, and microSD slot.
