Android Cupcake Emulator
Windows Mobile is our bread and butter, but you have to admit that Android has its perks. With this Emulator, you can probe Android and see what it has to offer. Some functions will not work correctly for obvious reasons (GPS and Phone), but you can still use widgets and browse the web using its mobile browser. xda2_haseeb has packaged the emulator for easy installation.
Instructions:
1.Extract the *.rar file
2.Rename Extracted Folder to “Android-Emulator”
3.Download and Copy Fixed EXE files into it
4.Run

Scan this QRcode with Bing vision ( Hit the hardware Search button and click on the small icon that looks like an eye ) on your Phone to download the App to your phone.

Is this for Windows XP or Windows Mobile cause its not working on my device!

It’s a relatively simple program, don’t see why. Do you get an error message or any details when you try to run it?
