No $0.99 App for Windows Mobile Market Place

According to Engadget windows mobile will not be having the 99 cents apps in the App store. I dont think the decision is final but there might be a fixed minimum price which might not be $0.99. What do you think should be the minimum price ?

Should we cover the traditional Today Screen Apps ? ( wm6 and wm5 )
Yes. I still use Home Screen from time to time

No moved on to WM6.5 and couldnt care less about Home Screen
