The guys @ CareAce.net which is a Samsung WinMo support site has posted the instruction to enroll on the Samsung Application Store. They have submitted the Freeware application Bluetooth Icon notifier and it has been submitted as a Freeware and the Seller Registration Fee was US$1 and not US$99 are u listening Microsoft ? The app once approved will be distributed to 22 countries via the Samsung AppStore.
