HTC Task Manager

HTC Task Manager lets you close any running apps that you cannot close otherwise. You can also configure it to allow some program to be excluded from the app. This app might not play nice with non HTC devices.

Be careful: I've bricked my Diamond2 after installing it. All I can see after a soft-reset is a bright green bar on the top of the screen. How can I fix it now?

try hitting the windows key..
Settings >> System >> Remove Programs

see if you can uninstall the app. I dont think it will work on WVGA devices
