DictMgr
DictMgr is 5 windows mobile freeware utilities used to modify the built-in or add-on dictionaries (used by third party input software) and one reference tool. Usage Notes
- Click on an icon to view its short description.
- Double click on an icon or use the “Launch” button if you wish to launch the selected module.
NOTE : Might NOT work on WM6 or above
