TodayAgenda is the (free) application that organizes my day. I gladly dismissed all nice-looking shells just to have this app running on my Today screen.

My favorite freeware for PPC is G-Alarm.
I love it because it’s very easy to use and realy make us to keep awake.
Congratulations for your great site.

I’d have to say S2U2, the level of polish and features (like the link to S2P, weather, customization) are amazing for a free app.
It’s absolutely essential for my Touch Pro. Before using it, I’d frequently find my phone had turned on and had a plethora of onscreen buttons pressed while it was in the belt pouch as I drove. In addition; Touch Flo 3D, while a snazzy interface, is rather lacking in it’s ability to provide all the notifications/weather/time in one place. S2U2 solves that problem by having all of those items right on the unlock screen.

Total Commander is my favorite on windows mobile and on PC.
Very impressive set of tools and the virtual dual display is a must (for Me).

My favorite program to date has to be ‘Remote Touch’. It enables me to connect to my desktop computer from anywhere and control it. It has saved my bacon quite a bit. In fact, just last night, after I had already crawled underneath the covers in bed I realized “Dang! I forgot to start encoding those videos from my party”. No worries. I grabbed my cell phone off my night stand, loaded up ‘Remote Touch’, connected to my desktop, setup the encode, and went to bed.
Another nifty feature is being able to transfer files between your PC and phone wirelessly. This is great for two reasons 1) It saves me from having to use ActiveStink and 2) if I’m at a friends house and I forgot to bring a file he wanted, no worries, I can just connect to my desktop and download it.

cLaunch is my favorite freeware on my HP iPAQ 110. I had PointUI on my device for a while. PointUI is a very cool interface, but I removed it and went back to cLaunch because it was faster for me and made it easier to navigate. cLaunch has never given me any trouble and it is at the core of everything I do on my mobile.

I nominate Weather Watcher mobile from singerscreations.com. It provides all the info needed better than most pay apps I have seen. the only drawback is it does not have a today screen plugin.

So many good & useful freewares but if I’ve to name one freeware then that would be KeePass PPC which lets me carry all my passwords etc for different websites & web services on my mobile & hence I don’t have to remember all my passwords & also they are safe since they are encrypted & locked with 1 single password. This is a mobile version of KeePass.

In my opion the best freeware for me would have to be the wi-not mobile for the pocket pc. I love tweaking my pocket pc (i have a tmobile wing windows mobile 6). I love how you can instantly find and download music straight to your phone, but there is a better(in my opinion) internet browser. There are also downloadable games for it and even a downloadable mini-app simulator on it (with apps like wordnet {dictionary like program}).If you have friends with the app there is even a chat room where you can send messages to your friends. The tv on it i dont look at as much but all the other utilities that come with the program are great. anyone who looks to make a good use out of their pocket pc should definitely pick this up.

My favorite PPC application is a tie between Google Maps and MusicID.
Google maps is obvious… free GPS, restaurants, points of interest, driving directions… its a great utility.
Secondly, MusicID is a great program for any music lover. Hold your phone to the speakers and it tells you what’s playing… helpful for songs you don’t know or a cool party trick.

I’d have to choose npopuk as my favorite app. It allows me to access all my emails as well as gmail. It loads quick, as multiple options, and has a great support group to answer questions.
