is this TouchFLO 3D a hardware part or simply a software?

This app requires TouchFLO 3D ( which comes as a stock UI with HTC devices ). this explains the missing HKLMDriversTouchPanel key registry coz your device does not have the TouchFLO 3D interface

I also got an exception while starting this app. Tried to change the registery but unable to find the key HKLMDriversTouchPanel
