Well, firstly let me congratulate the guys for coming-out with such a great software & that so very user-friendly & visually appealing. Well as far as i can see Syncmate can do almost everything that one needs... so why not also add a feature where-in.. when the phone is connected to syncmate u can make & receive voice calls from ur Mac directly.. more-so as Macbooks doesnt require u to connect any external Mic to it.. wudnt it a very handy feature??? What say??? :) Till then keep the great work guys!

I'm having a lot of problems with syncronizing music and applications from my Mac to my smartphone.I tried to find "another way", so I had to take an external hard-disk, put all the files I thought I needed on it, disconnect it from my Mac and connect it to my old Windows pc, copy the files on it, connect it to the smartphone and then I waited three hours in the night for the file transmission, a very very slow file transmission, to complete. And then I realized I forgot some things... But I'm seriously scared by the idea of doing it again, and the problem is I usually have to change the files I keep on my phone because of my inconstant music tastes and because I have to keep the lessons I want to study. So I think SyncMate would be the solution to my problem. I'm ok with USB, bluetooth and whatever it takes to connect them.

Backup of alle personal data. It would be great, if you could backup all your personal data with one single click. Perhaps you could make a backup every time the device is synced.

Bluetooth syncronization. The trial version of syncmate does not support this function, and is definitely a big value add when it comes to macs. Newer macbooks have fewer USBs, so syncing by USB is another troublesome cable. Also, it would be nice to see it work efficiently on a mac, since currently on windows bluetooth is still a big issue (need to go through multiple configuration steps). It would also be nice if the to dos sync to a widget on the dashboard, that way they're easily accessible at all times

I think one thing I would like help with is synchronizing mp3 from my mobile to the mac. I know there is the iphone, which I have seen a lot when I compare mobile phone offers, but it seems like outside of the mac products the mp3s just do not work. I think its because like Sony, which allows you to download songs straight to your cell phone, they send it in a Windows format, and it really bugs me.
