ThemeGenCE 2.5 is an award winning Theme creating tool for the Windows Mobile platform. Its a very powerfull tool and is one of the best freeware theme creation tool available. VGA QVGA and square screen support available. Option to open an existing .tsk ( theme file ) file and edit it according to your need, then compile it back to a theme. If your phone is connected to your computer, you can directly deploy the theme to your phone.

Is this software compatible with the Sprint Mogul HTC?

Yes it is, it should work on all Win Mo devices, Resolution is VGA by default but you can change it to QVGA.. Check the tutorial posted @ modaco.com, link is given in the post
