Pocket PC phone is designed to store call information and contacts on your device, not the SIM Card. HTC SIM Manager lets you view the contents of your SIM Card, transfer your SIM Card contacts to your device and make a call to contacts in your SIM Card.

Copy the exe file to the windows folder. If u have an older version try to kill SIM Manager app by any task manager then copy it.
