One of the best Windows Mobile 7 Theme/Skin I have ever seen , it looks fantastic. Kudos to luiggi from xda-dev for putting this sharing it with the rest of the PPC users.
Note : This is a skin only theme for Portrait mode only and 240×320 QVGA Only

This minimalistic theme has 4 main screens (Now, Programs[9 icon], Speed Dial[8 contacts] and Shortcuts [12]), however there are only 3 main tabs, the Shortcuts screen is visible only in 2 ways: i) Sliding your finger from right to left after the Programs screen. ii) Using the right side soft key, also after the Programs screen. If you slide your finger from left to right or use the left side soft key you´ll never see the Shortcuts screen.

WM7 Look Skin For Spb Mobile Shell V2.1
V1 RELEASE NOTES
CREDITS
1.- The theme is based in illustrations deployed in diverse threads of
XDA-Developers forums and some other web sites containing WM7 related information.2.- The skin was developed using diverse files and creations made by talented people in xda-Developers, ActualiteMobile and 4PDA. I didn´t create anything, I just played around a little and put together de work of others (kulet, greatbal, pcarvalho, asefsef, amo, senator, etc). Also some of the icon work was orginally created by not less talented people from Deviantart and some other sites. Another important contribution was made by hundreds or maybe thousands of xda-Developers members asking and answering questions. I thank to ALL of them, and my apology for not mentioning the names one by one.
3.- Initial Testers: Without you this couldn´t come the way it is, thanks a lot.
DESCRIPTION
IMPORTANT: Only supports Portrait mode !!
1.- This minimalistic theme has 4 main screens (Now, Programs[9 icon], Speed Dial[8 contacts] and Shortcuts [12]), however there are only 3 main tabs, the Shortcuts screen is visible only in 2 ways: i) Sliding your finger from right to left after the Programs screen. ii) Using the right side soft key, also after the Programs screen. If you slide your finger from left to right or use the left side soft key you´ll never see the Shortcuts screen.
2.- As of today, the skin is meant to be used in the Classic mode (Portrait only),however first set in the Professional mode to “Show alarms allways” and Calendar to “Auto”, then set the Classic mode to “Show Appointments”.
3.- The Classic Now screen can work in digital or analog clock modes, however this theme is intended to be used in the Analog clock mode.
4.- The messaging section is 100% compatible with SPpb MS2.1 and as in the original version will display only 3 out of the 4 icons (eMail, Lost Call, SMS and Voice Message). The wireless info bar is not adapted to display the wireless info as in the V2.1, however the other screens are.
5.- The now screen has the 2 original secondary screens (Time and Weather, I didn´t see the need to make a Tab specific for each of them). The Time screen displays Alarms, Appointments, Calendar, World time and Date. The weather screen displays basically the same info as the original Spb, except for some cosmetic changes.
KNOWN ISSUES
1.- The digital clock in the classic mode is an interim one, I´ve tried different clocks and this one seems to fit, however I´m still looking for the final one. To make the Time screen show up using this clock, you must press the area surrounding the digits, not on the digits. (Thanks to amo)
2.- If you are using the Classic Digital mode and you make a soft reset or power your phone off and then on the Now Screen will be frozen, but don´t panic! To eliminate the freezing you just need to switch to Classic Analog mode and then go back to the Classic Digital mode. This is the price to have an analog and a digital clock in the same layout.
3.- If you switch from the Professional mode to the Classic mode, your small digital clock will dissapear, to make it show up again, just soft reset and you are good to go.
4.- If you you´re a D Pad or scroll wheel fan to navigate from icon to icon, you´ll find out this set up is not so smooth as others.
5.- To set your city´s name in the Classic Now screen, please edit the Lockscscreen.xml file inside the qa_layouts.dat and search “Leon, Gto”, just edit it and type your city´s name. If you don´t know how to do it, use the totorial linked below.
6.- Although the battery and signal strenght indicators have 10 segments, they don´t represent increments / decrements of 10% necessarly, this is due to the limitations of Windows Mobile and / or Spb MS.
INSTALLATION
First: Instal Spb Mobile Shell 2.1 in your phone (This is a skin only and does not contain any other software). Second: Just unzip the folder and copy the .dat files in your Spb installation folder and soft reset your phone. If you are using another custom skin is likely that you have files unique to that skin, this doesn´t harm but will steal some memory space in your device.
FINAL NOTE
I allways considered this theme as a collaboration work, I´m not a programmer and my PC/PPC technical skills are somehow limited, and certainly I don´t pursue NONE of credits for the work of others. I´m doing this just because I like the theme, I like to play and change things in my phone simply for the fun of it, and I like to learn and eventually help others with what I´ve learned in xda_Developers.
